Just got back (July 2010)from the best vacation I have ever experienced. The ONLY way to see Alaska is through the windows of a RV! Pete, Bob and the crew did an outstanding job getting us in an excellent RV with everything we needed to make our week a truly memorial time! B&B RV was great! Pete was amazingly accommodating, digging Minnie the Winnie out of the snow for us to take for three weeks into Valdez to ski.

The RV allowed for amazing flexibility to sleep where we wanted (Thompson Pass was too cold, so we often spent the night at a lower elevation), save $$by cooking our own meals, and hang out after skiing to play cards, watch movies, etc...

Perhaps winter isn't the most comfortable time to be RVing, but it was exactly what we were looking for! Thanks Pete and B&B!

It was our first trip to Alaska. A trip of a lifetime! We pre-paid our motorhome rental, in January, to get the 50% discount. What a deal! On arrival we were given a larger unit than reserved. It was an older unit, but OK with us. Before we got out of Anchorage, we discovered a water leak. We called Bob, who came to where we were and diagnosed a broken water pipe (from the cold winter). Upon return to the lot, he offered us "the pick of the lot" AND offered us a credit to our Visa of a days rental for our trouble. We rented for 26 nights and had no problems with the motorhome, mechanically. Very minor things were missing--a handle for the roof vent, and a "boot" to cover the front, but overall it was fine. If you like camping, you know you learn to adapt! The linens were new. The unit was a 2006 with only 6500 miles. Pete, Bob, Jana & Cole (Pete's son) were very friendly & helpful. They told us to help ourselves to anything we saw in the supply shed--fishing poles, broom & dustpan, & a 5 gallon bucket (which we used for a trash can in the motorhome & used while fishing & clamming). For the money we saved, taking advantage of the 50% pre-pay discount, we would rent from BnB RV again. We loved Alaska and hope to return in the future. Thanks, BnB, for making our trip an experience of a lifetime!

I stayed in one of the Rv's and we took it from Anchorage to Kenai and then on to Homer. Had a wonderful time and caught a 50ld and 80lb Halibut that I had shipped home. It is yummy. When we planned our first RV trip to Alaska this year in May, we compared a lot of RV rentals. Finally we decided us for BNB Rv. The reasons were that the pricing was very evident (no hidden and adding up add-on costs) and also the price was unbeatable cheap. Open questions and concerns were answered by Pete to our satisfaction and he was also very obligeant regarding scheduling an early pick-up of the RV with no extra cost. After arriving in Anchorage we first were a little concerned about the RV (was not the latest model), but it looked good and well maintained. This impression was confirmed during the whole cruise, the RV did really good. Coming closer and closer to the end of our trip we figured that our plan (driving Denali-Anchorage in 5h to arrive there on 11:00am) is not feasible. Talking to Pete in this regards he also was very flexible and obligeant to us (we arrived some hours later). Overall we (2adults + 2children) were very satisfied with BNB RV and their customer care!!! So we can definitively recommend Pete and his crew to anybody. Thank you Pete again for everything.

We were visiting family in Valdez in May. When planning a family 5-day outing to the Kenai we decided to try the RV route to give us flexibility in where we could stay without the need to be at a specif place at a designated time. The 30 foot RV that we rented from B&B was a 2002 model that was trouble free and quite comfortable for three adults and two kids 1 & 3 years old. We drove a rental car from Valdez to B&B. Left the car at their return lot and had no problems in the well lighted lot. Picked up the kids at Whittier and enjoyed the Kenai. On the way back, we dropped kids off at Whittier to catch the ferry. We continued back to Anchorage and were welcomed by Pete who told us that we were welcome to spend our last night in their lot so we could catch and early flight out. These guys run a really relaxed operation that included lots of amenities (like bedding, dishes etc.) that others charge big time for. Will surely rent from them on the next trip. RV/gas cheaper than hotel route for sure.

My wife and I just got back in August from our eleven-day Alaska trip. There we several days of bad weather when we went, so having the RV was probably the best part of the trip. We went to Denali first and there was a lot of rain; a lot of people with tents seemed to pack up and leave early. Before this I had never driven an RV before, and was a little apprehensive about renting because I didn't know much about BNB RV but it really worked out well. We also saved a lot of money over one of the more common rental companies up there (I'd better not say who they are but they had their website all over their RV units, you'll know what I mean when you get there!) Having the utensils - chairs - sleeping bags - towels - etc was great; I think we used just about everything provided.

From my phone call to Pete 6 months ago till our arrival in Anchorage and the motor home being available for our first nights stay, everything was Perfect! Bob met us early the next morning with the keys. He asked if we needed instructions as to the RV. We said no. The women had questions and needs. Bob promptly opened the storage room and said take what you need. An hour later we were ready for an Adventure of Our Lifetime! Our only regret is that we didn't have longer! Our next trip will be without deadlines!

I met Pete when we returned the RV. He and Bob are the laid back kind of people that make doing business fun!

I was scared in the very beginning because of the ease of our transaction with B&B! I was afraid of being taken for a "RIDE"! As it turned out Pete & Bob gave us "The ride of a lifetime"!
